This is the great thing about automated postal machines. No way for it to argue back. Just print up a DC sticker, slap it on, drop it in the box and voi-la.

ok. Put it in a larger envelope. Wrap bubble wrap around the card, go on paypal, pay 63 cents for shipping with DC. Print it out, attach it to the package and mail it anywhere. It is the supa number one way to go.
And just a little shipping rate story,
My fiancee put 39 cent stamps on all our wedding invitations. They were thick and about 2 ounces. About 40 of them got sent fine. The other 10 all showed up with bills for the remaining 24 cents. She had a freakout session. I told her we would put a quarter on everyone's plate at the wedding as payback.
