IT rained later that night and all I could think was how lucky I was to have looked down at the right time.

the PO by my GFs place also has some of the rudest women I have ever dealt with, I once let them know that my taxes paid a portion of their salary, so they could be a bit nicer

i feel your pain my man. the priority box i had was very weathered as the weather in north texas is crazy and i think rain, a dust storm, 60mph winds, and 110 degree heat all layed their wrath on the box in the short time it was in my yard. good thing no one in my neighborhood payes too much attention to me and my property!!! lol

This is the great thing about automated postal machines. No way for it to argue back. Just print up a DC sticker, slap it on, drop it in the box and voi-la.

Gotta be careful with that. If its not within their guidelines and they catch it going through the process, they will charge the recipient the difference for the priority price (i know this because it has happened to me personally) and was confirmed with the local PO.

ok. Put it in a larger envelope. Wrap bubble wrap around the card, go on paypal, pay 63 cents for shipping with DC. Print it out, attach it to the package and mail it anywhere. It is the supa number one way to go.

And just a little shipping rate story,

My fiancee put 39 cent stamps on all our wedding invitations. They were thick and about 2 ounces. About 40 of them got sent fine. The other 10 all showed up with bills for the remaining 24 cents. She had a freakout session. I told her we would put a quarter on everyone's plate at the wedding as payback.
