Bitten By Upper Deck's Redemption Again
First I had a Ryan Howard auto from 2006 Ultimate Upper Deck card was not produced so they sent me a replacement a Ken Griffey jr. not bad.Now I had a Tedy Bruschi auto numbered to 35 from 2006 Ultimate card not produced so they sent me 2004 Matt Schaub auto from Diamond Collection Pro sigs and a tom brady jersey card.The Schaub is not even numbered and I pay all that money for Ultimate and Upper Deck can't send acard from a high end product.Am i being to picky?thanks.Steve

It seems that Upper Deck goes out of their way to screw up and hurt customers. Push the issue.

You could always write them or call and complain. The last resort of the consumer.

What needs to happen is that people need to stop buying the products with redemptions.
If the collectors don't buy it from the dealers, the dealers won't buy it from the wholesalers, and the wholesalers won't buy it from Upper Deck.
Each time someone buys more Upper Deck (on any company's) product after getting screwed, it tells that company that it doesn't matter how you treat the consumer.
