It depends on how much the package weighs. Do you know how many cards and what type of cards (GU, Autos, etc...) are in the package?

If there are only 5 base cards in there, then you are only going to need 3 stamps on it.

Keep in mind though: It's quick, easy, and convenient to just slap a couple stamps on a bubble mailer and drop it in your mailbox or at the P.O. However, it's always safer to pay for the postage at the P.O., because then once you get your receipt you have proof that you sent your package.

Every ounce the package weighs, the price goes up. Your best bet is to take it to the post office if you don't have a digital postal scale. I've received packages with postage due from people that thought they used enough stamps. I've also received packages that had way too many stamps on it, which is just as dumb. Why waste money when you can pay exact postage ?

Then go to usps.com and look at the list for postal rates. You will know exactly how much you need to put on there. A bubble envelope that is less than 1 ounce and less than 3/4 of an inch thick will cost you $0.80
