First tell hm the card is damaged or not as described and ask for a refund. Most people with decent feedback are reasonable.

    Is it worth sending back?

If this process fails you will need to file an Ebay dispute.

    Good luck.

+thought i would add to the growing number of crappy ebayers out there......i boughet a chad jackson topps rc auto 5 september. i contacted seller numerous times about the item and he never returned any of my emails so i told hime if i didn't hear from him i would leave a negative....well to make a long story short he still didn't respond to any emails and i left him a negative and after all this he has the nerve to leave me a negative as a buyer!!!!! he says that he has 2-5 day shipping and its been over a month now. he said that he sent it but i never recieved. looking at his feedback within the past week he has 6 negatives most of which people never recieving their item and him claiming they have. what can i do......i'm out $$$$ and no card.....

ummm....not sure how you're gonna take this....but i don't see how you think it's ok to ask for a refund & not send the card back...

i mean, to be honest, i think the blemishes you point out are pretty minor...

please don't take offense to this, just my opinion...

Ive had that issue before. I bought a Autographed Double 3 color Patch #ed /10 of Wolfe from SP and the diecut was banged up really bad. The user DID mention it to me that the card was damaged, but I didnt realize just HOW damaged until I got it. Only reason I kept it and was satisfied was because he DID point it out to me, and I really really like the card and the patch. For a PC, I figure it will do. :) I would say send it back and get the refund if you are really unsatisfied with the card, but I dont think you will be getting a refund if hes not getting his card back. Just throw it in an envelope and put his address on it. It will take you a minute and a half and you can then look for another card to add to your collection. Thats about the only real option I see you have ATM, that or just grin and bear it. Thats the bad thing about eBay and other users, everyone has their own opinion of what is mint and NM, and some neglect to point out any flaws at all. Sorry man

If you're serious, report the issue to PayPal. Say that the card you received is significantly different than described. If he won't try and resolve it then, you can escalate it to a claim, & PayPal will decide the issue. If they decide for you, if the seller has any funds in his account, you will receive them, but of course, you WILL have to return the card.

you should be able to get reimbursed for sending the card back, right.
