So i called topps and the CSR told me i have to
1: send in my sales receipt for the box (if i can find it)
2: send the barcode from the box
3: send in a brief letter explaining my problem
4: include all 24 pack wrappers....As if Ive kept them each in a protective case just for this scenario...
But, after much digging through the trash, ill most likely send it all in and never hear about it again. thanks, topps.

If you do not have all 24 wrappers, let me know as I have all of mine from my break today and I'll send you however many you need...

i might have to take you up on that... as i broke the box at girlfriends house and now im praying she didnt take out her trash. Can Topps tell what cards were in the packs by the wrappers? If i do need em, and they can tell that 2 pulls came from your wrappers, ill be SOL...
howd u do on the break anyway?

It's strange. People complain all the time about bad breaks, missing hits, redemption cards, poor customer service....but until anyone really speaks up or organizes some sort of real "boycott," nothing is likely to change.

funny thing i just realized though... on the actual hobby box, i dont see it state that its an average anywhere... it simply says "look for any of the 2 following per box: auto, relics, pplates, 1887 orig." i dont even see it on the bottom... can someone confirm?
your right about things a changin though. They make so much more money than they invest, that it would take a huge group to boycott them before they even shrug their shoulders.

Yeah, well if that is the case, then I'd say you have a legitimate complaint. The "on average" is a pretty useful disclaimer. They could toss nothing in there and you'd just be below average.

well, got a small envelope from topps today. Inside was a very well packaged jason bay bat card. whoopie. but hey, it was less than a week and a half turnaround. Topps is still fine by me!
