    I just dont wanna go the military way....So....you sayin that i really dont have much of a chance just going in as a civilian?

    At least the military would make you more marketable, even if by the off-chance you didn't get the job. With military training you become much more lucrative of an employee in the eyes of employers because you have discipline and show you can be trained and dependable. Also, depending on if you wanted to get into the more covert fields you can use your Dept of Defense (DoD) clearance to get jobs either in the private sector like making huge loot as a defense contractor or going federal and trying the FBI, Marshals, CIA, and so forth.

    Really I guess the point I am trying to get across here is that the military opens a lot of doors. You can't expect to go straight out of high school or 2-year, or even 4-year college and expect you are going to get the job of your dreams right away. You need to do everything in your power to make yourself the most marketable that you can so when the opportunity does finally arrive for you to interview for the job you leave them knocking down your door trying to hire you.
