Nothing makes me sicker, than other people putting someone else down for doing what THEY themselves would do if they were in the exact same position that the other person is in,
If YOU worked for a foreign company, and they fired YOU for not speaking thier language, YOU would do the exact same thing!
If it was your favorite sports player hero/heroine, whatever, and they released them from the team because they didn't speak english, you would all be up in arms over it, sending e-mails to the head honcho's, boycotting games, etc.. and don't say you wouldn't!!
The United States is supposed to be the greatest country in the world
the land of EQUAL opportunity, no matter what color/race/creed/religion or language we speak.

Shezzie sorry but I don't go to foreign places and expect everyone to speak my language. I certainly wouldn't go to China for a job and not know how to speak the language!!!

For example theres alot of mexican people living in California. One year they put out a petition to get ALL the signs in english and spanish!!!! Do you know how much that would cost honest American State taxpayers to change ALL the roadsigns. Please not only is that a stupid idea, but hardly fesible.

I don't go to Canada screaming they need to change from metric on their signs to make it easier on me!!! Plus where did these people learn OUR laws??? They at least have to know them right??

why would I want to work in another country if i didnt speak their language? it just doesn't make sense to me...and if for some unforseen circumstances I had to work somewhere where I didnt know the language I would make an attempt and try to learn it to communicate, there are so many people in this country that could careless and sometimes will act even dumber if you try and get some point across to them.

The United States is a great country, but we've had our borders open for far too long for just anyone to waltz right in and call it home and it's time to start doing something about it before it's too late.
