If he lets you use Paypal you are protected. REQUIRE him to ship with delivery confirmation and send you that info. If he does not and you don't get the card you will make a paypal claim and win. He will be required by paypal to show proof of shipment (delivery confirmation, etc.) and if he can't show proof he loses the claim. Just remember we all have to start with 0 feedbacks.

This is very true and maybe this was the first card this guy got that he thought was good enough to take the time to set up an eBay account for.

I'll buy from first time sellers, but not something that expensive. He may be as legit as can be, but that's too much money to take a chance on in my opinion.
