The rules are definitely pointed out as the sign up. They need to check a box saying they read and understand the rules when they sign up.
However, the transferring of feedback is fairly new and hopefully people will start to utilize it.

New trader or not the rules mean very little to the masses & mods here
mr mojo just got $10 from me cash , a bunch of my cards, held them for a few weeks, tried to trade them here and when he didn't get the results he wanted told me he is sending them back because one of the cards drop $20 in bv in the new beckett. plus i am out my cash
i know what you're going to say. grab a mod. he did before i could and stated i lied about the card values. the mod says it is ok, he can just send my stuff back when he gets a chance. that took an additional 3 days
o yeah, and i am suppose to be ok with all this. the best part here is mr mojo's story got believed, i was NEVER contacted by a mod and he had just been under account suspension the week before for the same thing. He had also done it a few months ago.
wow, i guess here it is who you are and who your friends are, rules, mods, system, all out the window

Now you dont need to get rude here and come after everyone. if you didnt get the results you wanted, go to a higher mod like enigma or mikesilvia. but theres no need to call out anyone or blame the mods. they do the best they can and are very busy so sometimes it takes them longer to do things than theyd like

Seriously, though, the option to check that box needs to be hidden somewhere in the rules to make sure they get read BEFORE someone just checks the box and proceeds, not simply at the bottom of the agreement paragraph. No one reads End User License Agreements on software either, the rules here need to be made out to be a bit more significant than that.

We have a rules page, we make them read the rules when they sign up, we have several posts with the rules located in them, how else would you suggest we make the rules more significant?

I never said I didnt want to deal here. If this was a trade there wouldnt have been any problems. Im just cautious when it comes to money no matter how much it is.
I just asked for that. If i would have known that this thing would never have happened. Also I signed up in 2006 I dont believe they had this then.

While there is a check box that says they have read the rules, there's nothing saying they actually did. I'm just suggesting hiding the link to that accept box somewhere in the rules, so they actually have to read the rules to find how to accept the terms, rather than just scrolling to the bottom and going on.
