Aikman actually has a nice looking sig IMO
I think it's a cool looking sig (for a Cowboy), but it isn't perfectly legible, which apparently is necessary to be a good QB.

I am sitting here wondering what being able to sign your name legibly has to do with playing football.........
Ever see Junior Seau's auto? Looks a lot like Russell's. I guess he can't play football either.
Considering todays rookies sign their names about 25,000 times in their rookie year, it is amazing to me that they can even hold on to the football because they are suffering from writers cramp. Expecting them to sign their name the way you think it should be signed is just silly.

yeah, you're right, why should marino, favre and other stars waste their time writing ledgibly? thats probably why they both lost their last games. wasted to much time signing their names so people could read them.
my wife says, "if you don't care enough to do it right the first time, why bother at all?"

my wife also says "doing things right is a habit", such as watching game films to prepare for a game, ask peyton manning if this is true, also ask brady. you also might want to ask the same question to vicks coach.
either you care enough to do the things you need to do to win or you don't. guess which of these wins games for you.
players carry their habits from the real world over to the game, and if you don't care how or if you sign your name for your fans, what makes you think he cares how he plays. you said it, he just wants the money.

lmao. Hell be a really good QB, hes been patient, and Oaklands O is getting better, especially if they get Mcfadden. Dont judge on what you actually DONT KNOW. Let the kid play football and then judge his play, not his character.

I wouldn't go as far as saying he will be a bust...out of all the QB's that were drafted last year, he will probably be the most successful. I can't think of any other QB's besides Trent Edwards maybe that will do anything successful in the future.

ok my two cents first point J. Russell's line is horrible, second who does he really have to throw to, third signing a name has nothing as mentioned several times in here to do with playing football, also not trying to be a jerk but you also argued with me in another post that Joe Montana never threw a int in the post season and after I pointed it out to you , your reply was post season= playoffs which I am well aware of and he threw several. So before you call a player a bust please look at the facts first. In his only start he threw for 224yds 1TD, 1int, and that was against one of the best defenses in the NFL the Chargers. But he was also sacked 4 times doesn't say much for his line does it, if the line gets tough this year and he gets a few good receivers he will be a solid QB. Daniel.
