Like bstee said, any failure to comply with the rules means disqualification of all entries.

I used to print out my index cards and envelopes... I got a few NPN's but have been very dry since. From now on, I'm writing them out. I'm not giving them a chance to throw my stuff away after I've taken the time and money to send in for an NPN.
