What do you do for Exercise?
Run/Jog at least 4 to 5 times a week, Run for at least 30 minutes each time. Thinking of doing the Mud run this fall at Camp Pendleton.
Surf when the oppurtunity arises.

I run 2-3 times per week and lift weights 2-3 times per week.

Not much, but I recently bought a mountain bike and enjoyed a few rides already. I need to do something because I feel like poop all the time from smoking and eating poorly, oh and consuming waaay too much adult beverages. And I believe I have chronic stress, anxiety, and high blood pressure.
Other than that I'm great!

150 crunches a day and weight lifting once a week.

I play Football and Soccer. Lots. I do 100 Push Ups and Sits up a day as well.

my thumbs are in great shape from xbox360 and the tv remote (had shoulder surgery and have been stuck on the couch)
when i was healthy i would go disc golfing several times a week, play basketball

I'm pretty much resigned to doing twelve ounce curls like insane,but I walk my dogs at least 3 miles a day when my knee isn't out of commission take care Steve

I walk a mile and a half to school each way each day and then I walk two miles each way to work after school.
Plus baseball

4 times per week: 60 minutes spinning, 30 minutes Bas Rutten all out-fighting drills, 2 rounds of "Friday Night Fights" (20 pullups, 30 pushups, 40 crunches, 50 squats)
