I just "re-dedicated" myself this January (I haven't had as much time since my kids were born).
I lift 3-4 times a week, use the treadmill 4 times a week (usually go around 3 miles per time), and work out on the heavy bag 3 times a week.
I've actually lost over 20 lbs. since Jan. I need new pants!

I play basketball at least 4-5 times a week for about 2 hours per time. I also ride my bike (not much yet this year) for about an hour or so and go 8-10 miles roughly, among other things that are infrequent.
