It is a sports card, which is a small, rectangular piece of rigid cardstock typically depicting a professional athlete or athletes.
More specifically, it's the centerpiece of my collection. 1998-99 Metal Universe Gem Masters 1/1 Tracy McGrady. This is a better shot of the card:

Mine is of Tim Couch. When I was very young, Tim was my favorite player, and like most in Cleveland at that time, I thought he was going to be the future of the Browns. But, even though he wasn't that great, I still liked him and still consider him one of my favorite players. Also, I like the Orange jerseys.

Yeah that's it and her sisters is named for some other track, I believe.
Actually, my little girl is Talla. Both named after Talladega. :) And then the other track named piggies are Richie (Richmond), Daytona, and Cali (California). Close enough. lol
