I don't think Post Offices can provide you with the info you need. Since I don't know all the specifics of the transaction these are just some thoughts based on my experience.

    1. How long has the sale ended? It could be the mail is delayed.
    2. Did the buyer purchase more than one card? The card may have stuck to another one and it appeared as missing - this happened to me.
    3. Refund the money. Feedback is very important on eBay. (I'm assuming the sale was on eBay)
    4. File a counter dispute with Paypal. Check the Resolution Center on Paypal and read the tutorial. Sellers do have some power.

Sorry to hear this, I know exactly what you are going through...

From now on: Always use delivery confirmation...ebay sales allow you to print postage through paypal, etc without monthly fees...plus DC is cheaper online than at the P.O...you may need to invest in a postal scale ($20-40) but that's a no brainer if your P.O has lines to wait in...

It sounds as if you have no evidence to support your side of the story. Unfortunately, you will likely lose a dispute unless the other party has a history of Paypal claims and questionable feedback on ebay, reputation is very important with these companies. Seeing as you will likely lose it would be in your best interest to offer a refund and avoid anything other than professionalism and courtesy when dealing with the buyer and/or PP and ebay. Paypal keep records of everything and your actions today may help you in future disputes...don't lose credibility.

I hate to say it but you are "learning a lesson" here...Refund the money, end the dispute, snd move on knowing it will never happen again...I only hope the card in question was not a biggie...

Question, So if she stats she did not receive, even though my post office confirmed that it was sent to and received at her post office, does she get her money back and keep the item and I'm out my $150. Plus I dont get the item back????

DC is your best friend when making deals on ebay. I just started making deals on ebay and I sold my first item two days ago and that is the first thing I bought. It is not a guaranteed that the buyer has received the item but it is evidence that the item was sent

The buyer would want written proof that the card has been delivered, not the word of the post office.
