So here's the deal! I screwed up I know! Tell me if this wasn't set up. The Auction ended on 8-11-08 I was paid on 8-13-08. I mailed out on the 15th box weight is 7 pounds give or take dimensions 14x20. She files dispute on 8-21-08, and now files the claim on 8-27-08.. Thanks less than 10 business days...So she will have her money back and the item will be showing up at the door any day now if it hasn't already...

The item was my auto/Jrsy plaque of A-Rod!!!! sold for $145+ s/h

I am pissed and I'm a dumbass I now! Especially since I'm a Fraud specialist for a financial institution, go figure. Man I wish I had here number but its private.

Oh I did go to the USPS website and filed MAIL FRAUD against her!!!! It was my last resort but if the item did get lost or damage at least its in their database and I pray that it gets returned to sender. If I dont get it back within the next 6-9 months I'll definetly know what really happened to it!

See Ebay Sucks!'s Items on eBay

    same thing happened to me!

i was out over $250, it seems paypal and ebay are aware of these scammers but do nothing about it ... just do a youtube search for 'paypal scam' or 'ebay scam'... the buyer who ripped me off did it to 7 other people..., thats what i have been able to discover before i stopped looking and gave up

i gave up on ebay and paypal ... so have many other people
it seems they are making it easier for the scammers and harder for sellers

make a video if you can and expose this scammer on youtube

everybody needs to do this so these people can be stopped!

plus, more people need to be made aware that this stuff is going on!

    See mintman2's Items on eBay

    Hello all,

I recently sold something and was paid via paypal, now the person filed a dispute saying item not received. I sent out with no DC etc... My question is? Is there anyway of finding out if the Item was at least delivered to the address???? Should I contact my local post office were I sent the Item and can they provide me info to the address' post office etc.... Any help with this would be much appreciated! Thanks nick

At this point I cannot even locate my receipt?? I now when and were I sent it and thats about it!!

A $150 item and you sent without dc ? As I understand it, in order to win a paypal dispute you must be able to confirm delivery ONLINE. Certainly a painful lesson. Learn from it.

Thanks for all your support and stories! I will have too just let it go, although I am a fraud specialist and have some really great references, so I now know what the house looks like, she's 53 years old and works for the legislature in AZ.. She has a son name Brett (not sure on age, but I'm thinking he could be using her info) other than that, its all I got!! No #'s (private)

Please people, anything over $100 use signature confirmation!! It's just common sense.
