You have a problem with Olbermann not admitting he's a Democrat. I have a problem with Bush not admitting he's been very WRONG.
Then start your own thread. Looks like thread hijacking to me.
Olbermann is part of the reason why MSNBC has the LOWEST ratings of any network:
DEM CONVENTION RATINGS/TUESDAY 10 PM ET
NBC 5,970,000
CNN 4,802,000
ABC 4,760,000
CBS 3,820,000
FOXNEWS 3,499,000
MSNBC 2,574,000
MSNBC is so far to the left, no one watches. :)
Everyone knows he favors democratic beliefs (hence the network). It's just like O'Reily saying he's independent. He may be registered independent, but he's republican (again, hence the network). Not a big deal, really.
O'Reilly is conservative. have you EVER heard O'reilly get giddy about any Republican? Literally fawn over a Republican like Olbermann did the past few days? It is almost embarressing. I thought they taught journalists to be unbias. At least the great ones like Cronkite didn't sound like a groupy when their choice for president spoke.

Thread hijacking? Seriously?
I think Olbermann is second to Matthews in ratings for MSNBC. Olbermann has also beaten Bill O Really in head to head ratings.

bush has become the secret weapon of any liberal who doesn't want to debate the issue at hand. They just pull out the Bush lied card and that is supposed to make people quit talking.
The logic that it is the DNC says that when the republican convention takes place, these same guys will be just as giddy. does anyone really believe that is gonna happen?

Journalists are unbiased, but network personalities are paid to be biased. Also, if you watch, O'Reilly is very pleasant when he has Republican guests. Again, I don't see the big deal.

I can't believe we're debating giddiness. War, anyone?

Well, the past few days Fox News has nearly 1 million more viewers than MSNBC or about 40% more viewers.
FOXNEWS 3,499,000
MSNBC 2,574,000

No, they probably won't be. Fox News will by giddy. I doubt we'll see a thread about that though.
Ash, you do know you are capable of posting anything you want. Maybe you should consider looking at some videos during the RNC and posting them for discussion. Why do I need to post the topics? You are more than capable of doing so? Complaining that I'm playing baseball on a baseball field is silly.
I can't believe we're debating giddiness. War, anyone?
There is this button called "new thread." I hear it is all the rave for starting new discussions. :)

I do not doubt that. But you made it sound like Olbermann is the equivalent to poo for MSNBC!
I'm defensive about this because I really enjoy watching Olbermann and the issues he brings forth.
If we're going to debate Olbermann and Matthews because they get giddy over the DNC, then what about debating on Bill O Really's "independent" beliefs and other news personalities? Looking forward to seeing the RNC now!
