& last i checked, when Clinton left office, we werent negative in money, last time i checked how Bush was handling our funs, we were billions and billions of dollars in debt.

For my last point, there are more people unemployed right now in a long time, people are beginning to find out we may be in for a recession which brings the dreaded "D" word into effect which no one wants to see. while it may not be Bush's fault, him as president puts the blame on him. I just hope in 8 years we are in a better place than now, and if we are, it'll show Bush was not a good president

Don't know where you checked, but when Clinton left office in 2000, we were $5 trillion in debt.

Unemployment stands a 4.9% compared to Clinton's 4%. If you want to talk about 0.9%...ok...

Having the largest terrorist attack in history makes for a tough presidency.

Ok and how much as the war on terror cost compared to how much debt Bush has added.

blame my history teacher for the first fact. but out of millions of people who live in the USA yes almost 1 percent is a big difference. did you know in michigan all the adults are taking teenager type jobs which makes it virtually impossible even to afford gas in your car? 0.9% may not seem big in a group of 15 people but out of every possible person who could get a job thats a big difference

    Don't know.

    EDIT:
Private analysts say it has cost $4 trillion. That means his $5 trillion extra debt is at $1 trillion without the war. That's less than Clinton.

What's interesting is that Washington tries to keep unemployment at 5% to avoid inflation. So, unemployment of 4.9% is ideal. That sounds bad, but it is completely true.

And tell your history teacher he was only $5 trillion off.

but the point of it going from 4% to 4.9% which you made seem like no big deal, really is a huge deal when looking throughout the USA, luckily for me, i already have a job locked up when i get my liscence in a few weeks! and it was my last year history teacher, but he wasnt much of a bush fan at all even though he was republican i believe
