Help me with a Shill Bidder!!!!
I recently sold an LT Bowman Chrome Auto Rc for a great price (almost $1,200) on EBay. These typically sell around $900-$1000. I now see the person has it up on EBay and the price is over $3,500, which is ridiculous. So, I look at the high bidder. Guess what, almost 75% of their bids are to this seller. I've reported it to EBay both by phone and by submitting a report, but the listing is still up.
We all know the more reports they get the more they look at something. Please help me out. This is dirty:

I assume he's trying to establish a price to sell it in his retail store or something.

What about the guy that bid 3250?? Or the guy that bid 3150?? Is he shilling with all 3 against himself to drive up his final value fees. Most likely not LOL LOL. Definitly high :) Just funny 3 are bidding agianst each other. WIll have to wait and see who ends up winning. If it is anybody but the current bidder then who is to say. I will reserve judgment till the end. The listing will not be pulled due to my 1st two comments about it involving 3 different guys. Just a couple if idiots go at it. He might be one of the 3 but the other 2 are just as culpable. I would list yours if I was you ;)

This card is (was) mine. Nobody bids 70% of their bidding activity to one person's auctions. I have absolutely no doubt this is shilling, but thanks for your input.

Me niether if you read my second to last sentence. He might be but there are 2 others witin 50-100 bucks of the highest bidder. In fact one guy out bid him at 3100 before..Any explantion. Your welcome for my input. Don't get defensive because I have valid points about the other bidders. Are you just angry that the guy found 2 stupid people to pay 2500 more then you sold it for??

Something must not have come across right, I had no intention of being defensive at all. My sole purpose for the thread was to gain some help in reporting him for shilling. If he were to actually sell this card for $5K more than he paid me in a legitimate matter, I'd be more than happy for him. I don't care what happens to a card after I sell it. I do get angry, however, when people abuse the system. Again, thanks for your input. Take care.

The way I see it is unless you can prove it, ebay won't care they are making their money on this auction. Is it right who knows since I'm not 100% sure its shill bidding.
Does it seem to be yes, but no one in this country is guilty without proof. Sorry

NOBODY bids 75% of their activity on one seller. You don't need proof to report suspected shill bidding. If you don't want to take the time to help out, that's cool. Please though, I'm not looking for people's opinions here. If you agree, please help. If not, please move along. Thanks again to anyone that wants to help! -Ken
(Don't mean this to be negative toward you at all Bonds, just trying to keep this on track)

How bout somebody just raised it 200 buckes between now and my last post. A totally different guy. That makes 4 total bidding that high. The same high bidder remains. Unlike a shill bidder. This would also have to be the biggest shill of all time..2500 shill just isn't likley when it comes down to it.. I will say I am normally at a steady pace of 60-70% percent with seller Bigmoneyhollywood so the percentages do not phase me. I have had heavyhitter(romosays) bidding on my stufff and he would be at 75% or higher with me.
With all the proof on the table not sure you will find any to help you out in the end.(you must see the proof is overwhelming)
Anyways Good Luck. Fight the good fight my brother!!
