there are some defensive guys worth collecting...but they have a very limited upside

Yes, very limited upside. Don't collect any Chiefs/Rams they are horrible and I dont see any improvement in the near future.

So with that being said pick a player from Boston College or some other local college.

If you're collecting as an investment, I think Jonathan Stewart, Trent Edwards, and Chad Henne have great potential.

If I were you, I would collect Jerod Mayo. Defensive player, lots of upside and he's on your favorite team. Plus his stuff is pretty cheap.
