yeah, I thought so...it would have been too much for you to say "You're right Red, you have NOT accused McCain of being unpatriotic, and I apologize"
you're still my dog...but it's not cool the way you are distorting my words

You are right. I apologize for saying that you stated McCain was unpatriotic. You were focusing in on the flag pin and McCain and this thread was about patriotism.
So, I apologize! I know you don't think McCain in unpatriotic.

How can you measure one's patriotism from a kidnapping? Would he be less patriotic if he never got captured?
Me? I care more about the issues than the placement of a guy's hand for thirty seconds. It's sickening that the republicans have to resort to this. Let me guess... this issue is SCARY, VERY SCARY!

so i am making a statement by not putting my hand over my heart? how many pro athletes do you see put there hand over there heart during the national anthem? most of them have there hands behind there back respectfully. it doesnt make a statement.
now not standing up for the anthem is making a statement, or not taking your hat off if your a man and not in the armed forces...Hidden Content

Talk about idiocy and stupidity. Big deal he doesn't wear a pin which became the fashionable thing to do after 9/11 and doesn't put his hand over his heart. Let's get him out of the country before he corrupts anyone else with these unpatriotic practices. There is grasping at straws and then there's this.
