Have you asked for a partial shipping refund? If the seler said priority mail and shipped it with stamps then he/she did not fulfill the auction agreement.

At the very least I would leave a neutral. Like Renegade said, they didn't fulfill the terms of the contract.

If you paid by paypal, you definitely should. If the seller doesn't oblige, I'm sure you can file a dispute with paypal and ask for a partial shipping refund. Also remember that sellers inflate shipping numbers because of ebay and paypal fees. How much did the auction end at?

I did pay w/pay-pal . I got a really good deal the auction ended at $4.00 then the $3.60 shipping. It's a $20.00 card. I am guessing that the high shipping Is why I got such a deal. But I figured it was coming Priority so what The heck.

I would ask for a partial shipping refund of $1.50. Priority mail is usually over $4 so it may have been an auction error on the sellers part. If the seller refuses, you can take the claim to paypal. In the end, if you get a refund, I would leave positive or no feedback. If you end up not getting a partial refund, a neutral is warranted.

This is one of those pick your battles wisely type things..imho. upset yes, but at what cost? You got the card as described so a Neg staright away would be a bit much.

That said, utilize the 1 rating on the Stars in a few categories, and leave proper comment warning others of his shipping "Misrepresentation"

You might also send an inquiry email stating you usually buy/request at least DC but since his auction stated Priority you weren't worried. Then add how relieved you were that the card arrived with less than advertised shipping method to see how or if he values possible repeat customers.

Based on his replies either a Pos with warning, or pimp-slap Neutral with warning.

    Just my humble opinion

I would leave a positive because personnally I don't really care too much about shipping. Your item is in good condition and came protected. when I buy off ebay (I have only sold 2 times) but when I buy I take in cosideration that most people make their money on shipping and that is why they sell so cheap sometimes
