I'm done with Upper Deck....Update 10/13
Sorry for the upcoming rant. But I bought a box of SPX football. One of the hits was a Tony Romo jersey card /75. It has a big glue smudge across the front of the card. This is the 2nd year in a row I've pulled a damaged card from SPX. Last year they didn't replace my card and sent me two complimentary packs of SPX. So today I receive my Romo card back along with two packs of 2008 Upper Deck hobby Baseball. Baseball??? ™™™? Not only did they not replace my card (again). But they send me two packs of baseball cards. And don't even get me started on their redemptions! Grrrr. Looks like Donruss will be getting more of my money!
Update: 10/13 - I'm updating this to show that they are at least trying.
I was contacted today by a customer service team lead from Upper Deck. He left me a voicemail and e-mail. At least they are trying. However, they're still reactive, in my opinion. The biggest issue is their lack of quality control. Until that is improved, I have no reason to give them more money. The representative that contacted me mentioned that he wanted to help resolve my issue. I told him thanks, but I'm done doing business with Upper Deck. I have one redemption pending and then it's all Donruss for me. I just don't want to be bothered with it anymore.

We have to stop buying their stuff. Obviously all the complaints are falling on deaf ears.
Just say no!

I have been against upper deck for along time now. I still buy it sometimes but they sure aren't my favorite company at all.

As long as people continue to buy and they continue to profit, nothing changes.

I've been purchasing a ton of Donruss this year. Not in the mood for UD's sillyness this year.

Yeah I'm more than likely done with their products to accept for buying singles even though I know I shouldn't.
