I got shorted 2 autos in my box of spx (including the rc jersey auto) and they sent me a free pack of spx and it has a dual jersey of ray rice and willie parker..... Joke of a company. Hope they go out of business, they have horrible CS.

Topps are way way worse than UD. Not only the ugliest cards, but their policy on game used is BS. Alone with the ugliest stickers in the business.

I only buy singles from Upper Deck do to the quility control of there product. I was tired of pulling damaged cards and high numbered single colored jersey cards that are considered hits. I would rather buy the cards I want and also know the condition. Their customer service and redemption program is horrid and maybe they should be reported to the better business bureau.

yeah it's like having a gambling problem. you want that fix and sometimes don't care whether you throw it into a crappy slot machine or drop it on a blackjack table. unfortunately most of the time i tend to drop it into those out of order slots...

I honestly stopped buying Upper Deck about 2 months ago after hearing all the horror stories.
Now I'm just buying Donruss products and occ Topps, mostly Chrome-love those retail blasters.

it may just be me, but i think UD is trying to improve its customer service- there have been an awful lot of nice NPNs going out, to try and save face...

UPDATE: I was contacted today by a customer service team lead from Upper Deck. He left me a voicemail and e-mail. At least they are trying. However, they're still reactive, in my opinion. The biggest issue is their lack of quality control. Until that is improved, I have no reason to give them more money. The representative that contacted me mentioned that he wanted to help resolve my issue. I told him thanks, but I'm done doing business with Upper Deck. I have one redemption pending and then it's all Donruss for me. I just don't want to be bothered with it anymore.

I guys, I need to add my name to those who are upset with UD. I recently bought a 2007 Exquisite case. All but 2 cards were damaged, bent corner, bad sides, etc. You pay 1200 for 3 packs you would expect the cardes to arrive in 9.5-10.0 BGS conditions. Perhaps UD should include all their exquisite cards like topps does with the Chrome box toppers.. . . . novel idea.

At any rate, I sent the cards back to UD, so we will see what their response is. If it is less than satisfactory, I'm done with them.
