Yea, Mccain was wrong on his stance on the economy as well.

He said "I think it depends on what we do." and he commened that if "we buy up these bad loans" that it is a step in the right direction.

Yea... becaues buying something BAD always helps you out of the whole you are already.

Our economy and banking system is by FAR the biggest issue that needs to be addressed and both candidates say things are fine and don't have to get worse, blah blah blah.

As if they have no idea how these works or think none of US are smart enough to see through their lies.

    They are both a joke.

After watching a small part of the debate I really miss Mitt Romney. Personally, I'm sick of McCain's constant repeating of the Iraq surge and the same old lines. Obama didn't impress me, but McCain is no Mitt Romney. With the economy being the issue Romney would be beating Obama by a large margin since he is a business man and can actually talk the economy.

This is a win for Obama because McCain did nothing special. Obama is surging and McCain did absolutely nothing to stop it. I still have to watch the full debate, but I was not impressed with McCain in the 20 minutes that I have heard.

Obama could go out there and say nothing and you people would still say he won. Mike your sick of McCains repeat talking about the surge, what about Obamas repeat on everything he talks about.

The surge should be talked about because it worked when Obama said it wasnt and still dont agree that it works.

Ill say right now its over for McCain, he didnt really stand a fair shake in it anyway. As i have said before the Majority of Americans are idiots. They want change from george bush so there gonna vote fo Obama. All you hear on the news is how Obama did this obama did that. If Obama started picking his nose during the debate. We would hear how good at it he was.

Obama is already planning on being reelcted. In his answer to one of his questions he said it would be done within his "1st term" Sorry but i dont see it happening it will take him less than 4 years to destory this country.

TechMan, it is funny that you accuse Obama supporters of being biased, yet you proceed to say most Americans are idiots and that is why they are voting for Obama.

Let me ask you this, is every single politician that supports Obama an idiot as well?

I understand you supporting McCain, but you should at least respect both sides. Democrats and Republicans obviously have different views, but that doesn't make either side stupid or idiotic.

I agree on the Romney line. If he were running, I'd be comfortable with either candidate.

    Muslims are excellent nosepickers!
If Obama started picking his nose during the debate. We would hear how good at it he was.

I agree with Mike about Mitt Romney - seeing what he did in massachusetts is amazing. The guy gets the economy plain and simple. I was disappointed that McCain didn't pick him as running mate. If he had known the collapse was coming he would have picked him. I could have lived with a McCain/Romney Ticket. Maybe the next President will tap Romney for the cabinet or some other high post, that would be wise, cross party lines and all that... Get over yourself and fix these problems.

Anyone notice that the UN question was answered terrible by Obama? Basically, a retired navy guy asked if Iran attacked Israel would we defend them or go to the UN? McCain answered defend them and then Obama stated that he wouldn't let it get to that point because he would use gas and other diplomatic tactics. Talk about having no clue and covering the fact that if Israel was attacked he would go to the UN and not defend Israel. He said that with Russia and Georgia AFTER Russia invaded.

Obama will keep me up at night based on foreign policy alone. I'm basically voting for McCain because I like to live and don't want Democrats to control the House, Senate, Presidency and the Supreme Court. Talk about scary!

Thats the biggest thing on my mind Foreign policy. Obama is not up to it. He can not protect us.

I was talking to my wife during the debate all of this about the economy, the president no matter who it is wont really effect the econmy one bit, its not up to them. When it comes to protecting this country it is up to them, and thats where McCain stands tall and Obama don't stand at all.

If Obama is elected which it looks like he will be, we are all in trouble, and i dont know how thew people voting for him do not see this.

Supporting Obamna because it is the thing to do, and on the sole thing that they want change from george bush makes them an idiot is what my point is
