I agree, they all need to "get over it" but I think that is a bigger problem for Edwards than Harvick.

honestly, i think NASCAR needs to treat this like 2 school kids. Harvick should get = to what Edwards gets because he started this by running his mouth and being involved.

I feel the guy that had Edwards in a headlock should be suspended though as well.

Harvick isn`t the only one to "run his mouth". Why shouldn`t he be able to voice his opinion on what he thought of the Edwards incident? He`s trying to win a championship and I don`t blame him at all for being pissed because Carl pulled a bone headed move and took him out of a race.

And then Carl sends him a note, come on. Carl`s the one who should`ve got over it and quit "running HIS mouth". I don`t blame Kevin one bit. Carl`s the instigator in this. I agree they all should get over it, but Carl should`ve NEVER sent the note or started crap in the garage, period.

    Nuff said lol.

LOL Carl makes it hard to be a fan sometimes-but this is just him-hes gonna do stupid things-cause at the moment he thinks hes in the right (even though he isnt and wasnt in this case)-the note-stupid, the confrontation-stupid-but its just carl-hes a very nice individual to media, fans, and everyone who cares about the sport-hes an A Hole when hes in that car and in the garage-cause hes wound up to all get out and a very emotional person who cares so much about his job-thats what makes him a great driver-its also what causes him and his fans headaches-I just dont like the fake stuff-hes not fake-what you see is what you get-he does stupid things sometimes ok! LOL-now everyone take a chill and calm down and hopefully someone else will start something tomorrow so i dont have to listen to the hatas!

here ya go-someones viewpoint who has had his fair share of controvery-old DW:

The episode brought back memories for three-time Cup champion Darrell Waltrip, who played his share of mind games while racing rivals Dale Earnhardt, Cale Yarborough and Rusty Wallace.
Waltrip said everyone thought the games were funny back in his day, when drivers routinely left notes in the seat of the car. Waltrip even recalled "leaving Earnhardt a dead fish or a can of sardines." "You would have kind of thought that they would have thought (Edwards' note) was funny, but it apparently got a little heated," said Waltrip, now a Fox analyst. "You're looking at two of the probably most high-strung drivers in either garage area, Nationwide or the Cup side. Carl's passionate and he's aggressive, and so is Kevin. That's two bulls butting heads right there."
