    Scammed Or What?

Please look at this auction and tell me if you agree that I got Scammed.

This is the 2nd set I've bought.

The First set I bought I was dumb and didn't read the Description, which said the cards were missing. My mistake and I accepted that.

    NOW...
This one Clearly states 52 cards
When I got it 30-36 are missing,

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=007

I Feel like he robbed me.

I'm so sick of people calling a set complete if its not, I don't care if 1/2 the cards in the set are short prints (which is idiodic anyway) if they are not all there its not a Complete Set....Right or Wrong?

It's a tough call....I mean, he did put the BV as $30 on there, which I'm sure is the listed price MINUS the SP CRC's...but let me ask you this....how many total cards did you get? Did you get 52 cards?

No, I got 45 cards and the sticker you see on the package in the auction was not on the set I recieved.

He asks if I expected to get the full set for $5, I said yes, I did because thats what he auction says.

    From the auction:

COMPLETE BASE SET OF 52 CARDS

I mean c'mon, you either get 52 cards or you don't. If you don't, not as advertised.

Plus, its not your fault the auction only went for $5.00...it's not like it was a Buy It Now deal.

    Good luck!

To be hones the description does say complete set and the title says 1-52. If your missing 30-36 sounds like its not 1-52 then. At first I would say it was a mistake that maybe he used some cards somewhere else but after the comment he said doesnt seem that way. I would file with ebay and if you paid with pay-pal with them also. If that doesnt get you anywere then either leave neutral or negative feedback. Hopefully you and the seller can get it fixed.

Yep, I agree then....if you didn't get 52 cards, then he scammed you. I'd file a complaint with eBay and PayPal.

Thank You Everyone for your input, I pasted the messages to an e-mail and it convinced him he made a misrepresentation in the auction.

Rather than go thru the B.S. of sending them back to canada for a refund, we agreed he will send me 2008 VIP All Aceess Set...Only its missing 5 cards too, but it was my suggestion, the other 5 shouldn't be too hard to come by....

As Long as both parties are satisfied, a deal is good

    Why would that be drastic?

You do realize eBay complaints NEVER get anywhere, right? At least PayPal will MAKE the other person either A.) Come clean on the deal, or B.) make them refund your money. Filing complaints with just eBay is practically worthless.

And what does Anderson have to do with this? NOTHING. What, I guess every comment I'll ever make is irrelevant, and stupid b/c I wanted DA benched? Good logic, pal. Man, the second wiseguy tonight, who takes football into a racing conversation (just like the last guy, saying I know nothing about football b/c I'm a racing fan) criticizing me about something completely off-topic. Nothing like the great members of this site.
