Wow, When was the last time you spoke to him?
I was pretty pi$$ed when I got my package. this is the second set I've bought like that only this one clearly said 52 cards. I got them yesterday and when I e-mailed him and said I was gonna request a refund from paypal for 7 sets I bought from him, he was more than willing to make me happy. I recieved an e-mail this morning saying that the All Access set is on the way.
I'll let you know what happens.
It did take almost 2 weeks for the package to arrive, but coming from Canada thats not bad.....
Yours should have surely been here by now if he sent it sept 10.
You may wanna e-mail him again, feel free to mention me, I told him if he didn't make it right I was gonna spread the word on him in my trade clubs and sent him the messages posted in this thread, but yours wasn't posted yet.
I left the posting members ids out of course

Jesus way to over blow a joke. You would think I made fun of your mother. All I was trying to say is that you seem to over react by calling Anderson a bum after 3 games. Anderson isn't the only Brown player that isn't playing well, so chill on him.
Also, he got 50 of the cards, I don't think it's worth a full refund, maybe a dollar or too but yes OP got scammed.

OK....and Anderson was a bum the first season he was starting, and was a bum at the end of last season, which cost us the Playoffs. You see, I'm a REAL Browns fan--I know my team better than you do. Worry about the Bills the last few years you still have them in Buffalo, don't worry about the Browns.
The point was--you made it seem like I have no clue what I'm talking about, based off of something COMPLETELY OFF-TOPIC. If you don't have something to say on the point of this post, then don't say it. You don't need to come at me for no reason.
NOW, to get back on topic....how do you figure it isn't worth a full refund, considering the auction said one thing, and he didn't get what was supposed to be in there? The main cards missing are the only ones worth anything in that set--he got scammed, and from that, I FELT that he deserved a full refund. Sorry you don't see it that way--maybe you don't collect NASCAR cards, and realize the ones he DIDN'T GET are the only ones worth anything?
But hey, what do I know--I mean, after all, I called Derek Anderson a bum. That alone should discredit anything I have to say on the topic of an eBay sale.

O.k....Now you've pushed my button, and this is on the topic at hand.
1st of all I only got 45 of the 52 cards stated in the auction that was supposed to be a "FULL SET", So Yes I got scammed and deserve a FULL REFUND.
The way you talk I can make a trade with you, send only part of my end and you should just accept that.....
Is that what your saying?
Just how many partial sets do you feel I should buy that are represented as FULL SETS before I should get mad about it?
Also, you think I should get a dolloar or 2 back for about $100 worth of cards....WOW!!!
