You go to a high school in Michigan and can't wear a coat? weak.

When i was in high school people would get high in the bathrooms, come to school drunk, bring knives in their pockets, chew tobacco in class, have race riots, fight teachers... ahhh the good ol' days in Flint, MI.

thats how mine is. kids come high as the sky also. we have 3 officers at school during all times and metal detectors. we also have weekly locker checks for weapons and drugs

The reason they say sharpies are dangerous is probably because Kids sniff them to get high and a couple have died. Thats why they were banned at my old school.

there was a kid in our school that nobody liked so somebody made one out of wood and shot it at him, got him on the face. it was the biggest welt i had ever seen in my life. he doesnt go here anymore thank goodness because he is one of those kids that would bring a gun to school. and i dont want anymore of that because a few years ago a kid brought one and was going to shoot up our dance

You guys that is nothing half of my school was mexican so we had white-mexican fights at least twice a day, we had drug busts at least once a week and bomb threats at least twice a month.

Get over it and get through it, its the rules, its stupid.

Oh well

That's my school too except it was white vs. black. We had lock downs all the time man, it was insane.

guns can be seen easier in a sweatshirt as opposed to a coat - also, it take a bit of time to dig something out of a backpack, so someone would see I would think.

Don't they have metal detectors at your school? I'm sure there has to be a liason officer too.

there arent any? i would assume because pso many kids walk in schol at the same time and everyone has key's or something that would trigger it off, and the liason officer does nothing, she's suppose to watch the parking lot's, but i'll save that story for a different thread
