Shaq deserved what he got and should be fined for it.

Flagrant fouls have nothing to do with intent, but on how much risk and damage there was in the foul. Shaq did not mean harm by any means, but the guy he fouled fell very badly in the air and risked serious injury. Referees are often annoyingly inconsistent, but this is one instance where they are rather consistent in doling out flagrants on plays where serious injury could have occurred.

He will be suspended especially since this is the 2nd incident in a few games. He made a dirty play and just threw him to the ground. He deserves what is given to him suspension and fine wise because that was dirty.

shaq has been in the league long enough to know what is right and wrong and to commit a foul like that while the guy is in the air knowing he's bigger and stronger deserved what he got, he's a verteran player and know's he could have let him go, whats 2 points that early in the game.....?

I just watched a clip of it, and Shaq is my boy but it looked like he was trying to take Stuckey out right there.

Shaq has never taken anyone out on purpose, as much as he is beat on every game,i would have to return the punishment sometimes.

Shaq summed it up best when a big person and a little person collide in air the little person is going to fall. If Shaq was trying to take him out his hands wouldnt have been anywhere near the ball.

So should big players not be allowed to attempt a block on a guard anymore? Because theres always a chance for the little guy to go down.

Anyway i guess im wasting my time, as it looks like a bunch of Shaq haters here replying anyway. Maybe they should ban him from the NBA?? LOL
