    because the west teams play each other game in and game out, kinda like the big 12 in ncaa there 6 win teams could beat 10 win big 10 teams. or i mean team

    Update: The East has only one team with less than seven wins; the West has six!

    Additionally, as of last night, the East has 145 total wins among all their teams, where Western teams have combined for just 128 wins.

    So far, the East is still better. It'll be interesting to see how this unfolds the rest of the season.

    Very interesting! Boston has played the most games of the "Big 3" (Cavs and Lakers), and they have the best winning % as well. Lakers are 2nd best percentage wise, with the Cavs right on their heels.
