Just read this story today - quite horrifying to read about, and I imagine seeing it would be unspeakably disturbing.

    That's awful...

So why do they feel they need to write a news article about it? I'm sorry, but that is not something I want to read about....and I sure hope they don't show the video anywhere...that would be terrible!

I'd say most of the people believed it was a hoax.

I have a problem with the family blaming the website. First of all, I'm sure they have a lot of activity and aren't able to monitor every thing that broadcasts from their site. But even beyond that, I don't think it's their responsibility to stop him. Forgive me for insulting the deceased, but if someone is dumb enough to kill their self, then that's on them.

I'm just glad to know that the community on here would definately take action if someone threatened to do something like that.

Didn't bother to click it... must be the same one AOL news harassed me about earlier.

Its a pity... but what are you gonna do?

Suicide is suicide... I say keep it personal. No need to make it public, its nice to those who you leave behind. If you have to kill yourself, the least you can do is think of those you will be leaving behind. Do you really want your family to be known as the family of the kid who killed himself online?

I believe AOL told me that people were cheering him on or telling him to do it faster or sooner or something... I dunno... I only glimpsed the clip for like 2 seconds... but that is wrong.

Too many sick people in the world.
