How are you a week later?

***This is a bonus off season poll/discussion thread for this week.***

So, the season is now about a week over. How is everyone feeling?

My answer:
I have football to fall back on until the race season starts again. I miss racing though and hope that the next season gets here quicker than we think.

Please keep the comments for this civil. If someone offends you, do not respond back immediately. Walk away from it and think about your response. It might look good to you to defend yourself or your driver(s), but at the same time it could offend the other person involved & start a fight. Sure to some, the best payback is just to do the same back to them. Take the high road in a discussion, and don’t keep adding fuel to the fire. Also, while some of you may not like how the sport is currently being operated, it is asked of you to please refrain from slamming it in any way during these discussions or polls.

i am happy it is over. the last two years have been a joke. i would almost rather watch golf. next year will be the make or break season for me. if it is like the last two, nascar will lose a devoted fan.

NASCAR is the only sport I watch

I gotta say the Truck races this year were a lot more fun then the Cup races

But I'll keep watching - gotta see what happens - I can't help myself

i got work, my FFL (I'm in playoff contention in three of my four fantansy leagues), Lauren, chasing a few numbered/RU'ed Dale Jrs., auto shows and the driver appearances that are coming up (cross my fingers if I go to them), and anyhting else that I will run into.

I didn't have a chance to see many races this year, so I look forward to next season just so I can watch some more.

I used to rely on football to get me through the time off, but that has become so boring (too many blowouts) that I usually just watch a movie or something else instead.

I'm gonna buy a vcr and
watch my old race tapes till february, I've got most all the races from like 97-2002.

That and work out a plan on which
races I'm gonna go to next year.

and in between, I'm gonna
work on my house, work on some go~karts, and trade some cards

However, none of this can hold a candle to watchin' em' run
3 wide at Daytona
