to me as a kyle busch fan its been a great year but i admit the racing has sucked for a long time. i enjoy watching to see who wins but the championship is becoming more and more meaningless to me. as far as getting bored the nfl will solve that problem.

I didn't get to watch a lot of races this year because I always had to work on Sundays.. but I'll miss it. And can't wait for February to get here!!!

I'm glad it's over! What I did get to see, on video tape, usually in bits and pieces through the week wasn't really that great.

To coin other members phrase... Francecar made a mess of today's racing. SO now I'll start pulling out my old video tapes and watch some of the GREAT old racing.

I have one especially good race to watch where the winner never changes and the excitement is always there... the 1998 Daytona 500!!!

It never gets old watching that race over and over!

Yeah honestly for me since the CHASE started I have not enjoyed NASCAR near as much as I did PRE-CHASE. This year may have taken the cake though - to watch Carl win the last two races of the "Playoffs" and not gain any significant ground really turned me off. They changed the format for more "drama" etc and this thing was wrapped up so early Vegas quit taking bets on Jimmie to win the championship 3 weeks before he won it. Thats without even mentioning the new car these guys are driving.

I think with the NFL and all the off season baseball talk there is plenty to keep me tied over until next year! I watched races religiously at the start of 2008, however faded off towards the end as I found the racing became less enjoyable. Hopefully we can start the season with a bang in 2009!
