You and a bunch of buddies go to his house, fill a trash can 3/4 full with water. Lean it against the front door, ring the doorbell, and run. You can figure out what happens.

    Good one

But just so no damage is done, maybe try marbles or packing peanuts, not as messy and a pain in the buttt to pick up.

Thats what I was thinking. His parents might not be too happy about water going all over their floor.

Marbles would be much better than water - no water damage, and the marbles would be loud.

Just get dog-poop and put it under their car-door handle, very easy and always funny.

Instead of hay in the locker try ping pong balls. Ever see a ton of ping pong balls coming out of a locker? Or packing peanuts. They stick to everything.

ok on the first idea id like to keep it to school time pranks. i dont know if i have the time to run to his house and do that, but its a great idea!

and pyro; i was thinking hay because its free and i can get it easily from a buddy. it also is a pain to clean out because it sticks to everything

I like the packing peanuts because they are cheap and their static electricity sticks to everything and a pain to clean. Ping pong balls are more expensive but they bounce all over the place especially on floors without carpet. Just the thought but the hay sounds good too.
