Wrap his car in plastic wrap...buy an industrial size roll, 2 people can do it pretty quick.

LOL. A friend used to work in construction right after high school and he would get rolls of that and we would go to our friends houses at night and wrap their cars. It was so funny. I had a couple of co workers that were room mates so we'd roll over to their apt and wrap there cars together. They thought it was funny the first time, but after about the 3rd, we were the only ones that were laughing. We saw one friend driving around and as he pulled into a parking spot and was talking to his GF in the car we wrapped them. LOL
ah memories!!!
I like the ping pong balls because they'd go everywhere and be loud as heck. If he opens up and finds hay he could just close it and move along until later so that everyone doesn't find out. Ping Pong balls and everyone hears.

ping pong balls are expensive for the size of a locker, the hay would be stacked to the top and come out like a mudslide all over him. and hes the type of kid everybody would know about it. im sure he would start yelling also
