What kinds of weights do people here attempt?

I'm a mesomorph, so I probably do better at weightlifting (both arms and legs) given my height and gender than I do at cardio running (I started that pathetic mile running thread, lol). Most women I see at the Y lift 10-15 pound weights for tricep/bicep exercises, but I do 20 pound weights with 10-12 reps on each arm for at least four sets (usually around eight).

I can also do 10 rep leg presses (upper thighs) at 90 pounds for three-five sets. My hamstrings need work though; I can only do 50 pounds for three-five sets. I do my sets within ten minutes of each other on average.

It all depends, usually i go heavy except when i'm neat competition time, then i do a lot of circuit training. I do chest on Mondays and Friday, biceps and triceps on tuesdays and saturdays, back and shoulders on wednesdays, and legs on thursday. I usually lift at around 7 pm or so, then go run about 2 miles at night. Then I follow that with other stuff involving grappling.

I LOVE to lift. I get antsy and agitated when I don't (I never miss a session, even if I'm ill--I'll just adjust my workout schedule). I lift 3X a week and swim 2X a week. I run on the treadmill once in a while to work out a good sweat, but am more into enjoyable cardio (basketball, snowboarding, hiking).
I'm always looking to trade cards for original Nintendo (NES) games. Always looking for 86-87 Fleer basketball - even commons - the more, the better :) Also, when sending cards out, please make certain the cards are well-protected and well-packaged.
