Ugh, Pat Riley needs to stop being stupid and trying to dump Beasley. He's far too good and young to let go, especially for Amare who is a great player, but doesn't have a lot of years left in him like Beasley.

I'm glad this was rejected lol.

I realize that, but he's already got 6 years of being in the league. I'm not saying he's old and washed up, because clearly he's not. I'm just saying that I don't think Riley should give up a player that's come in and is doing a good job while developing pretty strong as a rookie. Meanwhile, you have Marion sitting there getting a little out played with his giant contract. I think all that sending Beasley out will do is leave another hole for Miami to fill by losing Marion to FA come the off season if they swap Beasley for Amar'e. Unless Miami wants to pay him a ton, which I doubt they could with the cap.

That being said, I would love to see Amar'e come in, I just think it would be a better team move if it's via another route like Marion + extras.

According to ESPN radio out of San Antonio, the Spurs are close to acquiring Rasheed Wallace.

Cavs, Mavs, Rockets and Spurs are all interested in Vince Carter.

No idea - don't even know the legitimacy of the report, as I read it on another site with no link...

Amare to Cavs unlikely unless it involves a 3rd team.

    Cavs interested in Marcus Camby.

yea i dont see the spurs trading for sheed unless they get a third team involved. The Spurs have NOTHING we want. so we would have to get a third team involved in order to make this make any sense. thanx
