Lots of players named - some of them surprise me! But, my pick is Devin Harris, with Rondo in 2nd place.

I'd pick Harris as well. Yes, he has gotten more minutes, but every MIP goes to players whose minutes swelled dramatically from the previous season. People won't notice your improvement if you don't get the time. Classic example: Don MacLean, who played only about 15 minutes per game his rookie year, then played about 35 in his next year. His points per minute didn't really change, but he got the time and so naturally his PPG increased.
