    ive gotten replacements with just a reciept from the sale, but since its an expensive card you might want to make sure you cover all the bases, worst comes to worst they will just send the card back...

    you dont need a wrapper. when i sent my Kevin Love/ Russell westbrook dual damaged card all they needed was the reciept (went back to seller to get one) and the upc code off the box (thank god i keep all of my boxes). hope they do replace it with something of equal value. thanx!
