    You could try checking your local card stores. They don't charge the outrageous shipping that some eBay auctions do, they actually accept cold hard cash, and you might be able to find some decent GU and AU singles. If that doesn't work, hobby products of some UD sets tend to have a fair chance of landing AU and GU. And you can also check out deals on card forums - many collectors are looking to unload excess product of GU and AU at some decent prices. Good luck on whatever you decide to collect.
