    Hmmmmm... my favorite video game all time is probably Greatest Heavyweights for SEGA Genesis. Years ahead of its time if you ask me, it was great.

    Madden 2001 is way up there too... legendary player Madden cards, secret teams Madden cards. Refs/Sideline workers who you could knock over, make them drop the first down marker. You could run into the field goal post. While all of this is minor stuff that isn't neccesary for a football game, sadly it was the most in depth game Madden ever released. None have ever had secret players, or secret teams like this. Madden 2008-2009 have tried with AFC/NFC Hall of Fame Teams and teams you unlock by doing "Fantasy Challenge" but they're just players with different looking uniforms, the secret teams on Madden 2001 were completely different looking.
