Very hard choice here.

I have played a great number of games over the past 10 years (especially RPGs)....it's hard for me to remember them all much less pick a favorite. Not the intention of the topic but I will pick a couple from each system.

SNES - Harvest Moon (wacky farming sim), Super Mario RPG,

N64 - Perfect Dark, Super Mario 64, Star Fox 64, The Legend of Zelda: OOT

Dreamcast - Sonic Adventure (the only REALLY good Sonic game), Grandia III or Skies of Arcadia

PS1 - Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy Tactics, Star Ocean 2: The Second Story, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit

PS2 - Final Fantasy X (see an FF them here....hence my username ffman), Metal Gear Solid 2, Resident Evil 4

GC - The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, Super Mario Sunshine

Xbox - Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Fable/Jade Empire

Xbox 360 - Bioshock, Mass Effect

And, for sports games:

All-Star Baseball 2001 (N64)
MVP Baseball 2005 (Xbox)
Madden 2005 (PS2)
NBA Street V 1 and 2 (PS2)
