If you send it back with Signature confirmation and a letter stating your rejecting the card due to not a sufficient trade value wise they have to make it right, Believe it or not we as consumers have rights, you just have to be firm do not back down, And yes no matter how many times you call and letters you have to send BE Professional. very key. if you let them screw you they will kinda like there product but that's a different story

And the signature confirmation is for your benefit they can never say you didn't send it back also take a photo of the card with the receipt from the PO for even more proof

more importantly we dont buy direct from them, we buy from a retailer, so pretty much upper deck does what they want, unless it comes to a retailer complaining.

yeah im sure it would be a lot better since they would actually listen to them since they dont want to lose out on bigger clients. give it a try you got nothing to lose

It may not be what you wanted, but make no mistake, a Garnett auto is a very nice card.

I realize this, it's just that the way you said you wanted them to send you something good, you made it sound like you were turning your nose up at it. I've been searching for a Garnett auto for a while so it just irritated me. Good Luck with whatever happens.
