Thanks everyone! I am not the typical girl so my shoes are kind of worn, but I still do have dress shoes, and hopefully I will dress decently for the occasion.

The interview went horribly.
I flunked two of the four clerical tests assigned.
It's become apparent to me that I am not cut out for this line of work after all..but while I know what I am not good at, I literally have no idea what line of work is actually best suited for me, so I don't know where to go from here.

I hope I can find something, but this is my fourth failed interview now since the summer of 2008..I'd like to be an editor of some sort, but I have never found a local opening for that kind of work.
If it weren't for my family and fiance, I'd really have nothing going right now..guess I'll just submit some apps for retail jobs now..maybe I won't fail at that, and maybe I will even enjoy it. However, I am not feeling hopeful at the moment.

Everyone's going through a rough patch right now. The best thing you can do is be the best retail worker you can be! If you try your best and have faith, eventually you'll catch that break. Best of luck Khendra.

I'm feeling a bit better now..yeah, it's just something I have to go through..I am definitely looking into retail now as an option. I think I can do that better than clerical work.

If you'd like to get into editing, track down publishing companies and inquire about freelance possibilities. Most of the larger companies don't have full time copy editors or proof readers and freelance that out to vendors on a per project basis.
You could probably gather up a nice sized list from a few google searches.
I think the typical thing they will do is look at your resume and more importantly send you some test pages to edit along with a style guide.
