Nuggets dip into darkness
Denver has lost 8 of their past 11 games. One has to wonder about the players relationships to coach George Karl. Denver has slipped from 2nd to 7th in the West.

Nuggets would be a surprise if they were to miss the playoffs...

Well....for a team like the Nuggets who are struggling right now..there is no better medicine than to play Oklahoma City to get a Win. SO, they will get there chance on Thursday.

i said at the beginning the nuggets wouldnt make the playoffs and i looked like an idiot for the longest time, now not so much. i really hope they do make the playoffs because i love jr smith. hes so solid for them and is getting more consistent this year more than ever.

I had a gut feeling the Iverson-Billups trade would not really do anything for either team:

They were better off with Iverson and they would be ok.

ehh.. i still think theyre way better with chauncey then with AI. the nuggets (if they make the playoffs) can make a pretty nice run, considering they were #2 in the west. I just think theyre in a slump right now. i mean in the west, when you have a slump, you drop down pretty drastically in the W.C.

Both teams (Nuggets and Pistons) seem to be better with Chauncey, but it was looking like Denver got the better end of the deal - now, roles have been reversed, as Detroit is playing fairly well (although AI is out), and Denver is streaking....possibly streaking to a playoff appearance from the comfort of their homes.
