ehh.. i still think theyre way better with chauncey then with AI. the nuggets (if they make the playoffs) can make a pretty nice run, considering they were #2 in the west. I just think theyre in a slump right now. i mean in the west, when you have a slump, you drop down pretty drastically in the W.C.

Precisely, I agree on all points!
    Check the W/L's since February...
We've beat some tuff teams and quite a few of our losses haven't been decided by much.

Yea i think AI needs to be on his own team, and i mean this in a good way. In Denver, He had Melo he had to share the ball and star power with. in detroit, he needs to share the ball ALOT more. But if he were to go on a team say just with a big man (maybe like Minnesota or something) he could play well.

and i dont get when people say that detroit got the bad end of the deal of the AI/Billups trade. Dumars played this trade VERY well. because he knew that if AI didnt work out (its NOT) that we would have a little over $20 million to work with which can get us basically any player that we NEED. i think Joey D played this deal out Very well, in the long run.

NO!!!! We had our opportunity a few years back to get him and we didn't! Why would we want to spend money, that we are trying to use to build a team for 3-5 years from now, on a player past his prime? He can sign with anyone except Minny and Boston. Heck, Cleveland could have him if they really wanted him - I'd be fine with that!

I think he's done if they don't get to the WC Finals.
