Depending on what happens, I could see Ty Lawson challenging Rubio for that #2 pick, he is playing insane right now, showing he is a leader, he can do a bit of everything. Assuming that toe heals up and the Heels win the title, you might be looking at the man behind Griffin

Ty Lawson did himself good when he decided to go back to school. A guy that could have been late 1st round pick last year into a lottery pick this year. He is a better leader than his fellow UNC Raymond Felton. They kinda play the same.

True, haven't followed him in a couple weeks.

Can someone tell me about Rubio? Only time I saw him was in the game against USA. I've heard he's a great young PG prospect who's not yet 20. I've also heard from others that he's overrated.

Rubio was 17 in the Olympics

this draft is pretty weak. especially coming off of last years with Rose, Beasley, Mayo, etc. etc. My fav coming out hopefully this year is AJ Abrams. im DEFFIDENTLY going to be starting a PC of him once he gets drafted into the NBA.

I don't think he would be the #2 pick. Thabeet, Rubio, Jennings, Lawson are all better than Monroe

Rubio isn't even projected to declare for the draft until next year...I don't think he can anyway, with the new minimum age of 19 or one year out of high school....

The only good guys that are going to be in the draft from college are really James Harden and Blake Griffin, maybe Derozan. But Hansbrough is just gonna get beat up as a 6' 9 big man who is used to dominating the paint is gonna get owned by all of the other centers and power forwards in the NBA. 6' 7" Dejuan Blair is big but isnt tall enough and does not have enough athleticism for his height, like D.J. White. Hasheem Thabeet is going to be a solid shot blocker, but will have no offensive game whatsoever. I haven't seen enough of Rubio of Jennings to comment about them.
