That's what I would expect...because that's the only reason you wouldn't vote for it. I personally think it's the best western ever made, should be in anybody's top 5. It's really that freakin good.

I have the book (not sure how) but have never read that either. It's got a good cast, and a good rating on imdb, but anything 6 hours long and made for TV won't be in my top 5. I bet it is really good, but then it would just be the best western mini-series, and not greatest film.

How do you come up with the seeds? You have Tombstone #1...I figured that was your favorite

I see that i am the only lover of 3:10 to Yuma....oh well...i think its a great movie IMO!!!

3:10 is a pretty good film....but I highly recommend watching Tombstone

Yeah I guess the 6 hour thing might keep some people from watching it...honestly I hadn't really thought about that. But I watched it in three settings of course, and it was like I was excited to see the next part. It's like watching 24 or some show like that that you really get into, you can't wait for the next episode.

I try to be impartial when seeding them...like in the gangster movies, if it was by personal preference, True Romance and Things to Do In Denver When You're Dead would have been much higher. I look at a bunch of online greatest lists to get an idea of what the consensus is, then try to look at it objectively as to which is the better film, not just which one I like more. I do LOVE Tombstone and if Lonesome Dove wasn't on here, it would definitely be my favorite, no contest.
