if you made an order at 3:55 and its shipped out before 4, uh your CC wouldn't process and It takes longer then 5 minutes to package cards.

I agree.
It doesn't sound like anything was done wrong by either side. You placed an order that you didn't realize wouldn't go through by 4pm, and they processed that order.
Unfortunate, but nothing wrong by DACardWorld--definitely nothing "horrible."

I sympathize, but it's kind of a hard call to make. There were a few times where I made last minutes orders hoping they would be shipped that day. I would just let it go, depending on how rude the customer service guy was on the phone.
I have only used merchant account, and for online transactions, it pretty instant. It either comes back as approved or denied. It doesn't take 5 minutes to go through. The eCommerce sites I have been a part of would have had someone checking their email for orders coming in. If you ordered before 4:00pm and no one checked new orders until 4:07pm, that would cause a delay, but it seems like someone should check it right at the deadline. If it actually takes that long to show up, they have a pretty crap system. An email from one server to another might be delayed. In this case, it's all their system.
Also, UPS, FedEx, and USPS close at 5:00pm, or in the case of FedEx, have a last pickup sometime in the evening. The site says all orders placed by 4:00pm will ship that day. It doesn't say that all orders packed and ready to go before 4:00pm will be shipped that day. They would have an hour to get everything ready and delivered.
I don't know if I would let that keep me from ordering again, though. One time I ordered stuff, it was sent a week late. The site had a big sale (a lot of stuff was cut by 90% and some stuff was free) and received for more orders than normal.
